Local Pickup & Delivery
Minnesota Sole offers local pickup and delivery throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs for customers who are unable to drop off their shoes in person.

We will confirm the service needed, estimated price, and arrange a pickup time.

 

Prepare Your Shoes
Before pickup please remove any personal items from inside the shoes
Place shoes in a bag or box
Have them ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.

 

Payment
Payment is due at the time of pickup.

 

Delivery
Once the service is completed, we will contact you to schedule delivery at the same pickup location and return your shoes safely.

 

Pickup Policy
Pickup Scheduling Deposit
To schedule a local pickup, a $20 deposit is required to reserve your time slot.
The deposit will be applied toward your service total at pickup.
Please ensure shoes are ready at the scheduled pickup time.
If a pickup is canceled after arrival or missed after the appointment has been scheduled, the $20 deposit will be kept as a scheduling fee.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance so we can adjust the schedule. 
We accept CashApp, PayPal and Venmo.  

 

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on the service and the condition of the shoes. Most services are completed within 2–7 days.
More advanced work such as restorations, reglues, or customs may take longer depending on the project.
We will always provide an estimated completion time when your shoes are picked up.

 

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on distance and are charged once for pickup and delivery.
Typical local delivery fees:
Twin Cities Area: $25
Surrounding Suburbs: $35
Final pricing will be confirmed when scheduling your pickup.
