Terms  And Conditions

 

1. PAYMENT POLICY & ALL SALES FINAL

All services are paid in full at drop-off. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, credits, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued once services are accepted, started, or completed.

 

2. CONDITION & RESTORATION RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Cleaning, restoration, repainting, reglue, structural repairs, and de-oxidation involve inherent risks due to age, wear, material breakdown, manufacturer defects, or prior repairs. Results may vary. Minnesota Sole, Blizz Lake Custom, and the partnered store location listed above are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened materials, age-related separation, hidden defects, or conditions revealed during service.

 

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY

For shipped items, all risk transfers to the shipping carrier once surrendered. Minnesota Sole, Blizz Lake Custom, and the partnered store location listed above are not liable for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage. The customer confirms all pickup and return information is accurate.

 

4. PICKUP DEADLINE & STORAGE

Completed orders must be retrieved within fourteen (14) days of notification. Unclaimed items may incur storage fees and may be considered abandoned property if left beyond a reasonable period.

 

5. RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION

The customer releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Minnesota Sole, Blizz Lake Custom, and the partnered store location listed above from liability exceeding the total amount paid for services rendered.

 

6. CUSTOMER RECORD & PHOTO ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The original signed Order Intake Form and this Service Agreement remain on file with Minnesota Sole. The customer is advised to take a photograph of the completed Order Intake Form and this agreement at time of drop-off. The photographed copy serves as the customer’s receipt and confirmation of items submitted for service.
